Duplex 60 m², is located in the heart of Montpellier. Nestled in a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood, the Rue du Faubourg du Courreau is one of the city's oldest shopping streets. This apartment offers a perfect balance between history and modernity.

You will be immediately charmed by this modern duplex, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a fully restored building. The spacious and light-filled living room opens onto a fully equipped American-style kitchen that will delight food lovers.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, offering a lovely view of the neighborhood, where you will find two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

Ideally located in the heart of the city center, the tram stop is right outside the building. The apartment is just steps from the Promenade du Peyrou and close to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes, the oldest botanical garden in France, established in 1593. A prime location for exploring the treasures of Montpellier.

For a comfortable stay, you will have bed linens and bath towels for all guests, excellent Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a washing machine, and many other amenities.

Please note that Montpellier's historic center is entirely pedestrianized, which can make driving difficult. The Gambetta underground parking garage is located very close to the apartment, as well as an extensive public transportation network to facilitate all your travels.
